Incoming Grade 9 students at Wallaceburg District Secondary School are set to register for the new school year on Tuesday, Sept. 1.
Students are asked to head to the library for registration at 9 a.m., followed by orientation in the main gymnasium at 10 a.m. A $25 activity fee is due, payable by cash or debit in person or through School Cash Online, and gym uniforms will be available for $35.
The school says the day will include timetable distribution, locker information, school tours, orientation activities and a chance for new students to meet their peers and make friends. Registration is for Grade 9 students only — students in grades 10 through 12 will receive their timetables by school email during the week of Aug. 31 and will pay their activity fee online.
