Eligible Chatham-Kent voters will have three opportunities to cast their ballot in person ahead of voting day in the 2026 municipal election.
Advance polls will be open Thursday, Oct. 15, from noon to 7 p.m.; Friday, Oct. 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Saturday, Oct. 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Eligible voters can cast their ballot at any advance voting location, regardless of where they live in Chatham-Kent. Locations include Blenheim St. Mary’s Hall, 94 George St., Blenheim; the Chatham-Kent John D. Bradley Centre, 565 Richmond St., Chatham; Ken Houston Memorial Arena, 1212 North St., Dresden; Ridgetown Youth Centre, 26 Ebenezer St. W., Ridgetown; Tilbury District Memorial Arena, 49 Bond Ave., Tilbury; and Wallaceburg First Baptist Church, 99 Thomas Ave., Wallaceburg.
Voting at advance poll locations will be by paper ballot only. Voters are encouraged to bring their voter information notice with them to help make the voting process quicker, and proper identification is also required to vote. A list of acceptable ID is available at ckelection.ca.
Electors who require an accessible voting device can vote at the Chatham-Kent John D. Bradley Centre during any of the three advance voting days and on voting day.
Eligible voters can also vote online during the internet voting period, which opens Thursday, Oct. 8, at 10 a.m. and closes Friday, Oct. 16, at 4 p.m.
