OPP officials allege: A 31-year-old St. Clair Township man has been charged after a traffic stop on Stanley Line near Baby Road on Wednesday.
Lambton County OPP conducted the stop shortly before 9:30 p.m. Josh Chapple was arrested and charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus, and speeding 1 to 49 km/h over the posted limit.
A 90-day administrative driver’s licence suspension and a seven-day vehicle impoundment were initiated. He was released and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia on Nov. 16.
