OPP officials allege: An 18-year-old Wallaceburg resident has been charged following a traffic complaint on St. Clair Parkway in St. Clair Township on Wednesday.
Lambton County OPP responded to the complaint shortly before 5 p.m. and located the vehicle. Mischa Williams was arrested and charged with operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus and dangerous operation.
A 90-day administrative driver’s licence suspension and a seven-day vehicle impoundment were initiated. They were released and they’re scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia on Nov. 12.
Police urge the public to report impaired driving by calling 911 in emergency situations. Complaints of impaired, aggressive or careless driving can also be made by calling 1-888-310-1122.
