Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 62-year-old Harwich Township man has been charged with mischief after a transport trailer was damaged on River Line on Thursday.
Chatham-Kent police responded at approximately 5:04 p.m. The investigation revealed the man struck the side of the trailer several times with a metal stake, causing damage.
He was charged with mischief under $5,000. He was transported to police headquarters, where he was released with a future court date of Dec. 30.
