Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 33-year-old Chatham man has been charged after police say he tried to go to a woman’s home in breach of a court order.
Chatham-Kent police responded at about 11:45 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 1, to a disturbance in the area of Berry Street.
Police say the man was released on an undertaking on March 18 with conditions not to communicate directly or indirectly with the woman or attend any place she is known to be.
