KUCERA; Martin a resident of RR6 Dresden, Martin Kucera passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on Friday, February 24, 2017.
Born 81 years ago on October 4, 1935, son of the late Martin & Katie Kucera. Loving husband to Edna Kucera. Cherished father to Terry Kucera, and Marty & Carrie Kucera. Grandfather to Adam, Brandon, Zachary, Ava, Brandan, Justin (Raylene), and Danie Lynn (Evan). Great-grandfather to Jaicee and Nova. Predeceased by his brother John Kucera and sister Betty Grabec. Missed by numerous nieces and nephews.
Martin worked as a Maintenance Mechanic at the Canners for 40 years. His main love was farming on the family farm.
Family to receive friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North Street, Dresden on Monday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place in the chapel of the Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Linda McFadden officiating.
Interment to follow at Dresden Cemetery. Those wishing to leave an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Chatham-Kent Hospice.
