Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 24, 2021 members of the Chatham-Kent Police attended an address in Wallaceburg for reports of man acting erratic.
Police arrived and identified a 24-year-old man.
The man was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested.
Search incident to arrest found the man to be in possession of suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine.
The man was processed and released with a future court date as the warrant was endorsed.
Impaired operation
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 24, 2021 the Chatham-Kent Police responded to a motor vehicle collision in the city of Chatham.
An involved driver failed an approved screening device test at the site of the collision and was arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
The 27-year-old man was taken to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for breath tests.
The accused yielded two breath samples over the legal limit.
The accused was released with a future court date.
Warrant arrest
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 24, 2021 a 38-year-old Chatham man was located by a member of the Chatham-Kent Police while on general patrol.
The man was known to Police and had an outstanding warrant for break and enter.
The man was arrested and released with a future court date as the warrant was endorsed.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 23, 2021 at approximately 10:30 a.m. a 50-year-old man known to police was observed in Wallaceburg.
The man had an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.
The man was arrested and released with a pending court date.
Warrants
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 24, 2021 at approximately 1 a.m. a 27-year-old woman known to police was observed in Chatham.
The woman was arrested on several outstanding warrants.
The woman was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters and was released with a pending court date.
R.I.D.E.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 23, 2021 members of the Chatham-Kent Police conducted a RIDE program in Chatham-Kent.
295 vehicle were checked and multiple warnings were given in regards to Highway Traffic Act infractions.
No breath tests were administered.
Break and enter
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Wednesday, officers attended an address of Churchill Ave., in Chatham, in regards to a break and enter that had occurred around December 22, 2021.
Unknown suspects entered an enclosed construction area and removed a blue Yamaha generator.

Warrant arrest
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 22, police arrested a 30-year-old Wallaceburg male in the area of Dufferin Ave, in Wallaceburg.
The man had an outstanding warrant for multiple charges, including theft and possession of property under $5,000.
The man was transported to CKPS headquarters and held for bail.
