Mrs. Marilyn Kathleen Mallette, a former resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 a Trillium Villa Nursing Home, in Sarnia, at the age of 82.
Marilyn was born in London, Ontario and was a daughter of the late Ira and Genevieve (Richie) McKaig.
Beloved wife of the late Morley Mallette (2009).
Loving mother of Lorelei (Pat) Martin, Ann Marie (Rod) Grant and Jason (Cindy) Mallette.
Sadly missed by her grandchildren Shanah (Dave), Abby and Emma and her great grandchildren Laney and Lincoln.
Beloved sister of Gail (Lawrence) Stevens.
She’s predeceased by her children Sherry-Lynn Mallette, Jamie Mallette and Catherine Mallette and her siblings Noreen, Gloria, Linda and Iva.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews, family and friends.
The late Marilyn Mallette is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, January 23, 2022 from 4-6 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 11:00 a.m from the chapel of the funeral home. Interment to follow in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg, Ontario.
