Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On September 7, 2023, the man was arrested and charged with impaired driving, failing to comply with a probation order and possession of a controlled substance.
He was released with conditions and an October 2023 court date.
When the man failed to attend his scheduled court appearance a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On February 27, 2024, at 9:26 a.m., the 37-year-old Chatham man attended the Ontario Court of Justice on Grand Avenue West in Chatham and was arrested.
He was released with a new court date and currently faces the following charges: failing to comply with a probation order.
