Through investigation officers learned he was breaking this condition by contacting the person through social media.
When the man was not located a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On August 16, 2024, at 10:17 a.m., the 33-year-old Sarnia man attended police headquarters, and turned himself in to the police.
He was held pending a bail hearing.
He is facing the following charges: two counts of failing to comply with a release order.
