Mrs. Barbara Lila Chatterton, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at Fairfield Park, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 84.
Barbara was born September 4, 1939 in London, Ontario and was a daughter of the late Duncan and Lila (Harrison) Pierce.
Beloved wife of Thomas “Tom” Chatterton.
Loving mother of Peter (Melissa) and Jennifer (Tim).
Sadly missed by her granddaughter Lila.
Kind sister and sister-in-law of Mary (the late Don). Predeceased by her brothers Don (Jean), Wesley (Ruth), Morgan (Linda) and her sisters Audrey (Walter), Marjorie (Jim) and Dorothy (Ted). Also survived by a number of nieces, nephews and cousins. Barbara was a member of St. James Anglican Church. She previously worked as secretary and office manager for several businesses including Dr. McElligott. The family would like to express their extreme gratitude for the exceptional care given to Barbara over the past 6 years by the staff of Fairfield Park Long Term Care.

Following her wishes, cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life will take place on October 27, 2024 at the Glasstown Brewing Co., James Street in a private 2nd floor room from 1-4 p.m.
