Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 7:14 p.m., police responded to a facility on Currie Street in Chatham for a probation violation investigation.
Officers located the woman, intoxicated, and confirmed she was on conditions not to consume alcohol.
The 38-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and released with a future court date of October 25, 2024
