Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, at approximately 7:20 a.m., a 31-year-old Chatham man attended Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters and an outstanding warrant in relation to an intimate partner violence investigation was executed.
The 31-year-old Chatham man was arrested, processed, and held pending a bail hearing on October 9th, 2024.
He is currently facing seven counts of failing to comply with release order, one count of break and enter, and one count of assault with a weapon.
