1 Source Design, a family-owned company specializing in the tool and die industry, recently celebrated the dedication and contributions of its long-serving employees.
With over 45 years of experience in the domestic and international markets, 1 Source Design took the opportunity to recognize its team for their commitment to excellence in the tooling trade.
During the event, held at the company’s Wallaceburg facility, several employees were honored for their years of service, including one individual who has been with the company for nearly its entire existence.
The honorees included:

– Dennis Floin – 44 years (Quality Control/Inspection)
– Kevin Colfer – 34 years (Senior Designer)
– Chris MacKinnon – 19 years (Die Leader)
– Pete Murchie – 15 years (Machining Operator)
