Lambton OPP: Mischief incident in Wyoming leads to charges

OPP officials allege: An individual has been charged following an investigation into a mischief incident in the town of Wyoming.

On January 26, 2025, just before 12:45 a.m., members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a mischief at an address on Niagara Street.

Investigation revealed that an individual had damaged the victim’s vehicle.

As a result, a 26-year-old Plympton-Wyoming manwas arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:

– Mischief – destroys or damages property

– Trespassing at night

The accused has been released from police custody and is set to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on March 18, 2025, in the City of Sarnia.
