The Chatham-Kent Public Library’s Wallaceburg Branch has released its fall schedule, offering a variety of programs for children, teens and adults.
Highlights include weekly Storytime sessions, running Sept. 11 to Oct. 23 and again from Nov. 6 to Dec. 18, with stories, songs and rhymes for children 18 months and older and their caregivers.
LEGO days and St. John Ambulance therapy dog visits will be held the second Saturday of each month this fall, while special PA Day activities are planned, including a pirate-themed day on Sept. 19, a doughnut-themed day on Oct. 10 and a Learn to Curl Storytime on Nov. 21.
Other offerings include a CKJobs open house Sept. 24, craft nights such as a succulent centerpiece workshop Sept. 25, and themed activities like Pumpkin Party on Oct. 18 and Bad Art Night on Oct. 23. The branch will also host Spice Club discussions online Sept. 30, Oct. 28 and Nov. 25.
Seasonal festivities are planned during Frost Fest Downtown Holiday Market Nov. 20, featuring crafts and a visit from Mrs. Claus.
The Wallaceburg Branch also continues to host a weekly knitting and crochet club on Thursday afternoons.
