Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Two men are facing charges after police responded to a reported altercation in a King Street parking lot Thursday morning.
Police say that around 10:17 a.m. on October 16, 2025, officers found that damage had been caused to a parked vehicle during the dispute. A 39-year-old Chatham man and a 57-year-old Dover Township man were located and arrested.
Both were charged with mischief under $5,000 and later released with conditions and a future court date.
