Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 36-year-old Tilbury man is facing charges after a family dispute on Pearl Street led to a physical altercation Monday afternoon.
Police say that around 2:17 p.m. on October 27, 2025, officers responded to a residence where they learned a fight had occurred between a father and son, resulting in minor injuries to the son.
The man was arrested and taken to police headquarters, where he was charged with assault causing bodily harm. He was later released on a Form 10 with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court on December 4, 2025.
