OPP officials allege: A 38-year-old London resident has died following a workplace incident in Lambton Shores on Tuesday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to a property on Douglas Line in Forest just before 4 p.m. on December 9, 2025. Lambton OPP, Lambton County EMS and local firefighters responded.
Police say the individual sustained life-threatening injuries while working on equipment. They were taken to hospital, where they were pronounced deceased.
The Ministry of Labour has been notified and has taken over the investigation. Anyone with information or inquiries is asked to contact the ministry at 1-877-202-0008.
