Former Philadelphia Phillies manager Rob Thomson will take part in the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame induction weekend as part of the dignitaries lineup for this year’s festivities.
Thomson, who was born in Sarnia and raised in Corunna, will participate in The Opening Pitch event scheduled for June 18 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Toboggan Brewing Company on Richmond Street in London.

Thomson was previously inducted into the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame in 2019, and his return to the induction weekend adds another notable appearance to the annual celebration of Canadian baseball.
