Victoria Stewart filed her nomination papers on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 and is running for Chatham-Kent Council, representing Ward 5 – Wallaceburg.
Stewart, the former manager at the Wallaceburg Adult Activity Centre, is the 14th candidate to file who is vying for one of two spots in Wallaceburg,
She joins Bill Arends, Brendan Authier, Loree Bailey, Jim Blake, Dave Brundritt, Steven Burritt, Mark Childs, Jason Debuck, Brent DeNure, Dave Hyatt, Zac Nicholson, Bill Wolsing and Chris Young.
Both of Wallaceburg’s current Councillors, Carmen McGregor and Aaron Hall, have stated publicly they won’t be seeking re-election.
Election day is Monday, October 26, 2026.
