Morning Coffee – By Aaron Hall
While the news was not unexpected, some heads were still turned when the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance announced late Wednesday afternoon that their President and CEO Colin Patey has left the organization.
Rob Devitt, the new supervisor of the CKHA, announced the leadership change, thanked Patey for his service, and announced his interim successor, Ken Deane.
The ‘online’ community was not nearly as thankful for Patey’s tenure, and many people were not shy to express their opinions and raise more questions:
More information is expected today, as the Sydenham District Hospital board is set to meet in Wallaceburg.
We’re being told that Mr. Devitt is expected to be in attendance.
Watch for more updates on the Sydenham Current.

This poster sits on the wall of the second floor of the Sydenham Campus of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance in Wallaceburg. Just seemed like a fitting photo for today.
