Tyler Borth has all but locked up the driver’s championship at Dresden Raceway with another four win performance on Sunday.

Borth leads the driver’s colony with 25 wins while Moore and Forward are tied for second with 12 wins each.

Borth scored his first win of the day in the second race with MY GREEK PRINCESS in 2:02.4. The Ingersoll teamster won his second of the afternoon in the fifth race, sitting behind LAUGH AMILE for owner/trainer Dwayne McFadden. The four-year- old Another Mile gelding broke his maiden in 2:04.

The 24-year- old reinsman made his third trip of the day to the winner’s circle in the eighth race with DEX THE LAND. DEX THE LAND went wire-to- wire after engaging in an early speed battle with ISITFRIDAYYET that saw the pair hit the quarter pole together in 27.2 before ISITFRIDAYYET broke strike leaving DEX THE LAND to hit the half in 56.4 and three quarters in 1:27.4 before logging in a winning mile time of 2:00. The three-year- old Badlands Hanover filly is co-owned by Napper and Peter Vertraete while Gaudreau is the trainer.

Borth ended the day with his fourth win by steering KELLY RAE to her fourth win in five starts at Dresden Raceway. The eight-year- old THATLLBE ME mare paced in 2:00.2 for owner/trainer John Lester and his wife Sandra.

The Wanna Drive Program was a big hit at Dresden Raceway with big line-ups for people wanting to sit in the sulky and take a trip around the half mile oval.
