The Chatham-Kent Police Service were cruising the waterways in Wallaceburg this long-weekend.

Police officials say on Saturday, members of the Marine Unit patrolled the Sydenham River and Snye River.

Five vessels were stopped with two operators issued warnings, police officials say.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service would like to remind all boaters to be safe this holiday weekend.
