The Wallaceburg Red Devils dropped the opening game of the playoffs in Windsor on Thursday.
The final score was 16-14.
The Clippers scored three unanswered goals in the third period to come from behind in Game 1 of the Ontario Junior ‘B’ Lacrosse League playoff series.
Carter Hastings had 3 goals and 2 assists for 5 points to lead Wallaceburg.
Tyler Davis picked up 3 goals, Cory Lucier had 2 goals and 3 assists, Tyler Brown scored 2 goals and both Evan Mathany and Kyle Dawson had 1 goal and 3 assists.
Tanner Cole and Parker Gilhuly picked up single goals.
Noble Jacobs made 38 saves in the loss.
Game #2 of the best-of-five series has been re-scheduled once again.
It will now be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 24 at Wallaceburg Memorial Arena.
