– The Wallaceburg Tartans varsity football team fell to Tecumseh L’Essor 49-14 in the SWOSSAA ‘A-AA’ senior football final on Wednesday at the University of Windsor. Tanner Cole and Brendan Marr scored the Wallaceburg touchdowns, while Gabe Namink kicked both extra points.

– And finally… the Dresden Kings topped Petrolia 5-3 on Thursday. Nolan Ross, Noah Fox, Cory Lucier, Nolan VandenBoorn and Derek Shaw all scored, while Brendan Johnston made 26 saves for the win. However, the Kings fell to Lakeshore on Friday night at Dresden Arena by a score of 4-3.
