The Chatham-Kent Police Service is seeking witnesses in relation to a driving related investigation.
Police officials allege at around 8:15 p.m. Friday night, police responded to a motor vehicle collision on Talbot Trail near Charing Cross Road.
An orange Jeep Compass was traveling eastbound when it struck a westbound grey Kia Sedona.
The driver of the Jeep, a 45-year-old Windsor man suffered moderate injuries and was transported to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.
The driver of the Kia, a 38-year-old Blenheim man was not injured.
The investigation revealed that the orange Jeep had been driving erratically eastbound on Talbot Trail before the collision, police allege.
The Chatham-Kent Police believe there are multiple motorists that witnessed this vehicle driving erratically, specifically:
– Eastbound on Talbot Trail (Hwy 3)
– Between 7 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
– Between the Town of Leamington and Charing Cross Road in Chatham-Kent
