Chatham-Kent officials say if you, or someone you know, is experiencing homelessness there are several options available in the community for assistance.

For help with housing emergencies and/or homelessness when the Employment & Social Services office is closed, please call the Homeless Response Line at 519-354-6628.
Callers will be screened, diverted to safe alternative housing, or referred to local emergency accommodations.
All Homeless Response Line users will be provided with rapid rehousing case management support services to find long-term housing.
The Homeless Response Line provides coordinated after-hours access to immediate emergency shelter and support using a “Housing First” framework.
