The U15 Wallaceburg Warriors have done it again.
Over the weekend in Wallaceburg, the Warriors were crowned as the back-to-back Wallaceburg Minor Baseball Association Bantam Tournament champions, 2018 and 2019.
The Warriors got off to rough start on Friday night losing 2-1.
Wallaceburg rebounded on Saturday ready to play, defeating Riverside 16-2 and the Windsor Hawks 11-3.
Sunday morning they met Belle River Major in the semi-finals and shut them out 6-0.
The win advanced them to the championship game where they would face the Windsor Hawks once again.
The Warriors came out on top with another 6-0 win.
Game MVPs for the Warriors throughout the tournament were: Connor McCallum, Carter O’Rourke, Connor Ruttan and Logan Klompstra.
Klompstra also received the overall tournament MVP.
