The Dresden Junior Kings are set to battle the Mooretowwn Flags in the opening round of the Provincial Junior Hockey League playoffs.

– Game 1: Wednesday, February 12 at 8 p.m. in Mooretown.
– Game 2: Friday, February 14 at 7:30 p.m. in Dresden.
– Game 3: Saturday, February 15 at 7:30 p.m. in Mooretown.
– Game 4: Monday, February 17 at 8:30 p.m. in Dresden.
– Game 5: Wednesday, February 19 at 8 p.m. in Mooretown, if necessary.
– Game 6: Friday, February 21 at 7:30 p.m. in Dresden, if necessary.
– Game 7: Saturday, February 22 at 7:30 p.m. in Mooretown, if necessary.
The Kings finished the regular season in 7th place in the West Stobbs Division, with a 13-25-0-2 record for 28 points.
Mooretown finished in 2nd place in the division with a 33-7-0-0 record for 66 points.
Derek Shaw was the leading scorer for the Kings in the regular season, scoring 15 goals and adding 16 assists for 31 points in 37 games.
