Short Coat – Bath once a month with dog shampoo. Do not use human shampoo because it is not the right PH balance for a dogs skin.
Long Coat – The require brushing once a day (just like your hair). Use an appropriate brush for your breed and use a comb to get down to the skin to get any knots out. Â If you spend a few minutes a day brushing your furry friend, chances are they will get use to it. Many people have trouble brushing their dogs. A steady routine and patience is a step in the right direction.
