A judge is expected to rule on the appeal in the Lev Tahor case in Chatham today (Mar. 5.)
If the previous decision is upheld, 13 children from the the ultra-orthodox Jewish sect will be sent to foster care in Quebec.
The group is facing a string of allegations involving child abuse.
