Sunshine list of $100K earners released

2012_ECDEV_Rondeau Provincial Park-2The annual sunshine lists of people that have earned $100,000 plus has been released by the Municipality of Chatham-Kent and the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.

For 2013, the Municipality of Chatham-Kent Salary Disclosure list includes 142 individuals, including 59 police, 30 managerial or nonunion, 52 firefighters and one member of the Ontario Nurses’ Association.

Annual reporting is required for most public bodies but does not apply to hydroelectric companies, as they are private companies under the relevant provincial legislation. The Consumer Price Index has not been applied to the reporting process since its inception in 1996.
