Early this morning at approximately 12:38 am the Chatham-Kent Police were operating a RIDE Program in Wallaceburg and observed a 22 year man walking in the middle of Dufferin Ave.
Investigation revealed that the 22 year old had consumed a substantial amount of alcohol and was is no condition to care for himself.
The 22 year old was arrested for Being Intoxicated in a Public Place contrary to the Liquor Licence Act and held until he was sober.
