Leamington’s Joel Dick extended his perfect start to the 2014 season by winning both feature races in the Schinkels Gourmet Meats UMP Modifieds on double feature night Saturday at South Buxton Raceway.

Dick has won all four Modified features this season.

Port Lambton’s Drew Smith was the runner-up in the second modified feature and had an 11thplace finish in the first feature.

Smith won his heat race for his first checkered flag of the season.

Blenheim’s Andrew Reaume and Chatham’s Gregg Haskell won the Westside Performance Plus UMP Late Models features.

Wallaceburg’s Mike Lewis was second to Reaume after a sixth-place finish in the first feature.
Lewis was second to Chatham’s Jim Jones in the heat.

Merlin drivers Steve Shaw and Eren Vanderiviere split the Tirecraft Sport Stock features.

Wallaceburg’s Gary Vyse had a fourth-place finish in the first feature and was sixth in the nightcap.

Vyse won his heat race for a third straight Saturday night.

Chatham’s Tim Mackenzie and Cottam’s Rob Quick took the Tirecraft Mini-Mods features.

Dresden’s Matt Sorrell was fifth in the first feature and 19th out of 20 starters in the second.

Chatham’s Chris Ellerbeck won the Autotech Bombers feature, ending Blenheim’s Jeff Schives’ win streak at three.

Tate O’Leary, of Port Lambton, was fifth in just his second feature while his brother Caleb was two spots back in seventh.

The double features in the four main classes were a result of a rain-out at intermission the previous Saturday night.
