Medavie EMS Ontario Chatham-Kent (MEMSO-CK), together with the Southwest Ontario Regional Base Hospital Program, has arranged a unique opportunity for the Emergency Services Personnel and the Patients they have treated in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.
On June 25, 2014 at 09:30 a.m. at the Chatham-Kent Civic Centre (Council Chambers), MEMSO-CK will bring together Survivors of pre-hospital cardiac arrest and the Emergency Services Personnel as well as First Responders who impacted their lives.
For the calendar year 2013, the Municipality of Chatham-Kent has 9 Survivors of pre-hospital cardiac arrest.
A number of these individuals will be attending the event, and will meet Paramedics, Ambulance Communications Officers, Fire Fighters, Police Officers, Fire & Police Emergency Communications Officers, and community members who worked together to successfully revive them following their pre-hospital cardiac arrest.
