Chatham-Kent Police attended an address in Wallaceburg regarding an altercation that occurred on Wednesday at about 2:30 p.m. in Wallaceburg.
The 55 year old female victim advised she was driving her scooter on McNaughton Ave. when a 55 year old male who was known to her threatened bodily harm to her and some others.
The male was also on conditions not to communicate with the female.
The male suspect from Wallaceburg was arrested and charged with 3 counts of uttering threats and one count of breaching his recognizance.
The male was held for a bail hearing.
