On Wednesday the 2nd of July 2014 between 12 noon and 1 p.m. a suspicious male was in the area of Turquoise Court Chatham.
The male was offering candy to young children in the neighbourhood and left the area when some parents went looking for the man.
The male was described as an older white male with white hair and a full beard. He did not have a shirt on and was wearing dark blue jean shorts.
The male also had several tattoos visible.
