The zoning by-law amendment for the proposed medical marijuana production facility in Wallaceburg was unanimously approved by council.
The amendment allows the land located at 6850 Base Line, in Wallaceburg, to include a marijuana for medical purposes production facility as an additional permitted use.
The owner of the property is Tatro Properties Ltd.
