On July 22, 2014 around 5:00 p.m. Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were notified of a stolen Ford F350 truck traveling east bound on LaSalle Line near McGregor Road.
On arrival at scene, the truck had been abandoned and all occupants fled north into the city of Sarnia. The area that the occupants fled to is a mix of industrial, residential, and agricultural properties.
Lambton OPP officers along with the Lambton OPP Canine Unit began an investigation into the area however no arrests were made at the time.
