On Tuesday the 12th of August 2014 Chatham Kent Police located a man on Duncan Street, in Wallaceburg, who was wanted for a breach of probation charge.
The man was arrested and during the arrest the male tried to throw a bag of drugs under a vehicle.
The bag was recovered and the male was transported to police headquarters where he was held for a bail hearing.
A 25-year-old Wallaceburg man now faces charges for breach of probation and possession of marijuana.
