On Saturday August 16, 2014 at approximately 8:25 am the Chatham Kent Police were called to attend a Running Creek, Wallaceburg address in regards to a break and enter.
Upon arrival they observed an insecure window on the vacant residence. When officers entered the residence they located a male party.
Upon inspection of the residence police discovered several large holes in the drywall.
The accused, a 19 year old Walpole Island man was arrested and charged with Break and Enter and commit mischief.
He was transported to police headquarters and lodged pending a court appearance.
