The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man following an altercation in Wallaceburg.
On September 9, 2014 the man got into an argument with the couple he was renting a house from on William Street.
During the disturbance, the man threatened the couple along with other family members and damaged the house with a crow bar.
Yesterday morning, police were called and the man was located.
The 47-year-old Wallaceburg has been charged with mischief over $5000 and three counts of uttering threats.
He was transported to the courthouse pending a bail hearing.
