A 45-year-old man from Wallaceburg is once again behind bars.
Chatham-Kent Police officials said the man has already been released by the courts twice within the last month on various charges.
Last night, he was arrested last night for once again failing to abide by conditions imposed on him.
The man as set appear in court today.
