Frank Jacob Van Dellen, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully at the Victoria Hospital on Friday September 19, 2014, at the age of 80.
Frank is the son of the late Jacob and Gladys Van Dellen.
Beloved husband of Dianne (Pacque).
Loving father of Frank A. and the late Gary Van Dellen.
Dear grandfather of Danielle Myers (Waylan) and Stephanie Myers (Michael).
Brother and brother-in-law of Ken & Norma Van Dellen, Sandra & Al Groome, Majorie Mills & Richard and the late Fred Van Dellen (Gladys).
When Frank retired he loved working in his garden and driving his red GM truck with Lady Belle at his side.
His granddaughters and the little girl who came every Sunday morning for tutoring, could make him smile even on a very bad day.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg from 7-9 on Tuesday, September 23.
The funeral will be celebrated by Rev. Brian Horrobin on Wednesday, September 24 at the funeral home at 1:30 PM.
The pallbearers escorting Frank to his final resting place at Riverview Cemetery will be, Todd & Kevin Van Dellen, Tom Pacque, Waylan Grin, Jim Chauvin and Richard Woudwyk.
