Two drivers were sent to hospital this morning after a crash in Wallaceburg.
Chatham-Kent police officials said a 76-year-old Wallaceburg woman and 55-year-old Chatham woman were taken to the Sydenham Campus of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance in Wallaceburg for medical attention.
Police officials stated they were not sure the extent of their injuries.
Several people on the Sydenham Current Facebook page said that both drivers are “doing fine” and were not seriously injured as a result.
The crash took place at around 9:20 a.m. this morning (Oct. 10.)
Police say total damage is pegged at $20,000.
The 76-year-old woman was charged with fail to yield.
