Lambton OPP officers were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) check-point on Courtright Line near Brigden Road, in St. Clair Township October 10.
A GMC vehicle arrived just after 11 p.m. and it was determined that the female driver had been consuming alcohol.
As a result of the subsequent investigation, a 26 year old woman from St. Clair Township, was charged with Driving over the Legal Limit.
The female driver has a Sarnia court date of November 3, 2014 to answer to the charge.
