Update: Chatham woman charged after rollover

A careless driving charge has been laid after a rollover crash on Kimball Road in St. Clair Township on Oct. 20.

The Sydenham Current had provided a story about the incident shortly after the incident took place.

The Lambton OPP have now provided an update on the case.

Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Lambton Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and firefighters all responded to a single vehicle rollover collision on Kimball Road near Bentpath Line on October 20, 2014 just before 11:30 p.m.

The northbound vehicle had lost control and rolled over in an east side ditch.

There were three occupants in the Pontiac vehicle and two of them needed to be extricated by firefighters.

All three occupants were transported to hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

As a result of the traffic collision investigation, the female driver, 24 years of age from Chatham, was charged with Careless Driving.
