A barn fire just outside of Wallaceburg is being deemed suspicious by authorities.
The Sydenham Current reported on the blaze last night as witnesses spotted “very big flames” in the area.
Chatham-Kent police officials said the call came in shortly after 11 p.m.
“Emergency crews responded to a fully engulfed barn on fire on John Park Line,” police officials said. “There were no utilities to the barn as it was scheduled for demolition.”
Police said the fire was extinguished and no one was injured.
